In this presentation, the rates are based off a Fico 750, Cash-out refinance. (Not Rate & Term)
Principle, Interest, Tax and Insurance are also allocated along with the TOTAL COST OF THE LOAN!
Keep in mind when we complete the refinance, you will receive a Escrow refund from your current lender within (30 DAYS) - See your escrow balance
Additionally, we can look to fund your loan on January 1st - (Your next payment wont be till March 1st)
